Job description
The Data and Measurement Lead at Google Dubai is responsible for leading mobile app experimentation, analytics, and measurement initiatives to optimize advertiser and partner performance. The role focuses on establishing robust data and measurement infrastructure, executing A/B testing, designing and implementing on-device measurement (ODM) solutions, and leveraging multi-channel and cross-device attribution models. This includes working with mobile app analytics platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, and Amplitude, understanding their data models, event structures, and reporting capabilities. The role requires familiarity with data privacy regulations, consent management, and data anonymization best practices. The incumbent advises clients and stakeholders on measurement strategies, conducts research to evaluate advertising effectiveness, and collaborates across teams to promote adoption of Google's preferred measurement products. Strong communication skills in Russian are preferred to support client relationship management in the region.

- Design tests and conduct research to evaluate advertising effectiveness across digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote adoption of preferred measurement methods and products
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies within mobile apps
- Experience working with digital organizations
- Experience with on-device measurement (ODM) solutions and multi-channel/cross-device attribution
- Proficiency in mobile app analytics platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, and Amplitude
- Understanding of data models, event structures, and reporting capabilities of analytics platforms
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, consent management, and data anonymization in mobile app context
- Ability to define test hypotheses, set up experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations
- Fluent in Russian for client relationship management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
