The firm is a pioneer of Consulting 4.0, leveraging Augmented & Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Data Science to enhance cognitive reasoning, analysis, and planning, supported by in-house digital tools and integrated global collaboration platforms.\n\nThe Associate Consultant / Consultant – Energy role is based in Saudi Arabia and supports high-profile clients in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. The position focuses on supporting and managing the delivery of data and digital transformation projects as part of the Saudi Arabia team, ensuring successful delivery against agreed outcomes within defined areas of responsibility.\n\nCore responsibilities include delivering projects in data analytics, AI model development, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. Consultants will contribute to digital transformation strategy design and implementation, applying advanced computing tools such as CUDA/NVIDIA where relevant, and supporting capabilities building in digital PMO, AI, and emerging technologies.\n\nThe role requires supporting and managing sector-specific initiatives across oil & gas operational excellence (upstream, downstream, midstream), as well as specialized domains including reservoir management, loyalty programs, and retail analytics. Consultants will document detailed requirements, solution specifications, and project plans, conduct technical research and due diligence for emerging digital solutions, and manage and track project progress using formal delivery tools such as Gantt charts.\n\nThe position also includes contributing to sustainability-focused initiatives such as circular economy projects, carbon capture & storage (CCS), and supply chain optimization. Consultants will facilitate collaboration between internal teams, client stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation of complex digital and data projects.\n\nCandidates must demonstrate 3–7 years of relevant experience (for Consultants/Senior Consultants), ideally within top-tier consulting firms or leading industrial companies, with experience in planning, managing, and delivering complex digital and data projects. A strong academic background in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields is required.\n\nBusiness proficiency in Arabic and English is essential. Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia depending on project requirements is required, and Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
