The Office Manager – Operations role at Fever is a core operational position responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning of the company’s Dubai offices. Fever is a global technology platform specializing in culture and live entertainment, leveraging proprietary technology and data-driven insights to democratize access to experiences and empower event creators worldwide. Operating in more than 40 countries and reaching over 300 million people each month, Fever collaborates with leading global brands, cultural institutions, and investors to scale innovative live experiences. The Office Manager plays a critical role in supporting this mission by overseeing office infrastructure, daily operations, and administrative coordination. This role involves coordinating general office maintenance, ensuring continuous availability of office supplies, managing warehouse operations, office inventory, equipment, and materials, and maintaining strong, cost-effective relationships with suppliers and service providers. The position also requires direct involvement in creating and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment, managing leadership calendars including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination, and supporting compliance with quality and environmental management systems. Additionally, the role emphasizes responsible resource utilization, proper waste segregation, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift rapidly. Through meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and operational ownership, the Office Manager contributes directly to employee experience, workplace efficiency, and the overall success of Fever’s Dubai operations.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate general office maintenance activities and ensure regular restocking of office supplies
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, office equipment, and office materials
- Negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and improve supplier performance
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment
- Manage leaders’ calendars including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings
- Collaborate in the maintenance and execution of quality and environmental management systems
- Ensure proper and efficient use of organizational resources
- Carry out appropriate segregation of waste in line with environmental practices
Experience & skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Arabic
