Job description
An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Assistant to join the team at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, a luxury resort known for blending authentic Middle Eastern culture with world-class hospitality. This role supports the HR department with administrative and communication duties, helping maintain smooth internal processes and employee engagement. The candidate will work in a vibrant, multicultural setting, contributing to various HR tasks such as documentation, notices, event updates, and departmental communications.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Keep HR notice boards, plasma screens, Mercury Teamsite and other communication mediums updated daily
- Replenish and update various HR forms
- Maintain up-to-date filing, ensuring regular submissions to HR Admin Filing
- Communicate daily news, birthdays, medicals, and events to hotel staff
- Process purchase requests and store requisitions as needed
- Organize and record minutes for monthly HR meetings and other scheduled meetings
Experience & skills
- High School graduate, Post Secondary Certificate preferred
- Experience in hospitality or customer service in a culturally diverse environment
- Administrative or clerical experience
