Job description
The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for leading cross-functional Agile teams of engineers and designers to deliver innovative digital products that address user pain points and drive business impact. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role requires a blend of strategic vision, customer empathy, and technical fluency. The Product Owner will act as a key link between business sponsors and development teams, shaping product strategy and driving execution from vision to delivery.

- Drive innovation in digital products with cross-functional teams
- Prepare and present product visions and proposals to leadership
- Identify and manage KPIs to inform product priorities and team focus
- Gain deep understanding of user needs and translate into product features
- Manage expectations of business sponsors and executives
- Foster decision-making culture within cross-functional teams
- Identify long-term product opportunities and generate organizational excitement
- Lead design and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital solutions
- Define MVPs, prioritize product backlogs, and execute rapid feedback loops
- Collaborate with designers and developers to execute the product vision
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience including 3+ years in product development and marketing
- Bachelorās degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Experience with digital product development and marketing across multiple regions
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Experience in rapid prototyping and analytics
- Proficiency in Agile and Lean development methodologies
- Expertise in digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong cross-functional leadership skills
