Job description
Sharjah Islamic Bank is hiring Customer Relationship Officers across multiple branches including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and the East Coast. The role centers on building and maintaining lasting customer relationships through timely service, proactive communication, and cross-selling of banking products and services. You will play a crucial part in enhancing service levels at the branch while achieving defined sales targets and handling customer queries with professionalism. This role requires strong understanding of Islamic banking principles, regulatory guidelines, and retail banking operations.

Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service that exceeds client expectations.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and take ownership of service issues.
- Identify customer needs to offer appropriate SIB products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Make outbound calls and conduct visits to generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote SIBās financial solutions and maintain awareness of customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to increase loyalty and market share.
Experience & skills
- 2ā5 years of experience in retail banking, especially in branch customer service roles.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, procedures, and Islamic banking principles.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in banking systems and customer service technologies.
