Job description
Risk running through a project's full lifecycle, from pre-design through design development to construction and closeout, sits at the center of this Senior Project Risk Engineer role in Riyadh. You bring a strong background in pre-construction management, covering contract management, procurement, tendering, estimating and cost, alongside a solid working knowledge of schedule management and the sequence of activities across project phases. Meetings with clients, consultants and contractors get facilitated regularly to identify, assess and evaluate risk issues as they arise across different phases of the project. Formal risk management plans get prepared and implemented for construction projects, covering risk identification procedures, risk evaluation procedures and risk mitigation procedures. Potential financial liability for the Division gets predicted using data from collieries, relevant authorities and the Division itself. Costs and claims tied to cost and time, change order management and conflict resolution all fall within scope. You work to ensure project outcomes land on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology. Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health policies, manuals and procedures guide how the work gets done, and continued compliance with these requirements is expected throughout employment.
