Job description
Logicom Distribution is hiring a Marketing Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting, developing, and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns and strategies. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage both online and offline marketing channels. The position also includes event planning, content creation, digital campaign optimization, and performance tracking to enhance Logicom’s brand visibility and generate leads.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support market research and analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to identify target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Work with the local team to create content for websites, brochures, presentations, and press releases.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and generate ROI reports.
- Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and agencies to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, trends, and best practices in marketing.
- Attend training sessions and acquire relevant certifications.
- Perform additional duties suitable for the position.
Experience & skills
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or another Business-related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience (IT services marketing experience is an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
