Ensures complete guest satisfaction throughout the lounge. Inspires lounge Ambassadors and Associates to deliver high levels of guest service. Ensures a spotless, picture-perfect appearance throughout the lounge and public areas.

Key responsibilities
- Reviews the dayâs arrivals of VIP and First-Class guests
- Notes special requests/requirements/flight departure detail
- Liaise with airline call centers.
- Problem solves travel issues for guests, e.g. flight cancellations, disruptions
- Provides personalized lounge orientations to VIPâs
- Connects and gives recognition to all VIPâs and First-Class guests to make them feel special
- Engages with warmth and openness with guests â stays fully present.
- Monitors service levels throughout the lounge
- Directs the floor housekeeping and F&B stewarding teams as necessary
- Conducts standards checks throughout the lounge
- Leads, coaches, motivates the lounge team
- Delivers lounge pre-service briefings that inspire commitment
- Leads by example, is a strong role model for interpersonal performance standards
- Gives feedback to the lounge team to encourage superior performance
- Conducting regular coaching and feedback sessions to improve the performances of the team
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree OR Diploma in hospitality & hotel management, OR travel & tourism management.
- 3 years minimum work experience within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurants.
- Must have experience in leading large teams with financial and management responsibilities.
- Must have excellent English language communication skills and both verbal and written presentation technique.
- Proficient in Computers and related programs (Word, MS Office, Excel)
