The Manager Sales (Enterprise Payment Solutions and FinTech Sales) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital payment solutions and payment technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprise organizations. Operating within the financial technology and digital payments industry, the role focuses on expanding the company's payments footprint across multiple industries by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. The position acts as a consultative payments strategist who advises businesses on optimal payment structures using the company’s full payments technology stack, including value-added financial services and digital transaction infrastructure. The Sales Manager develops and executes prospect engagement strategies while collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, technology, and business development to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline across both cold and warm channels. Responsibilities include presenting next-generation payment solutions to prospective merchants, preparing high-quality presentations and proposals for senior executives and C-suite stakeholders, and negotiating complex commercial agreements that deliver mutual business value. The role manages the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through negotiation and deal closure while serving as the primary point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process. The Sales Manager also develops deep knowledge of the organization’s technology stack to effectively communicate product capabilities and address technical questions from prospective clients. Additionally, the role maintains a well-organized portfolio of enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term relationships by understanding client industries, operational challenges, and evolving payment needs. The position collaborates with other payment sales managers to share best practices, market intelligence, and industry trends while providing feedback on local market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support product, marketing, and sales strategy development. The role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and a strong network within the payments ecosystem, combined with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-growth fintech environment.
