Job description
The Business Consultant at Property Finder is responsible for managing a designated portfolio of real estate brokerage clients within a specific territory, providing strategic business consultations and coaching to drive retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The role requires mastering the full Property Finder solution portfolio, including technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions, and applying a consultative approach to assess customer needs and align them with appropriate products and packages. The consultant is expected to sell, cross-sell, and upsell subscription-based offerings to real estate brokerages, interpret client data to propose ROI-driven solutions, collaborate closely with internal teams to fulfill client requests, and ensure timely payment reconciliation with finance. The position also requires forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenues accurately, navigating complex decision-making structures within client organizations, and adapting to evolving business strategies in a fast-paced PropTech environment. The role directly supports the company’s mission to transform real estate across MENA, leveraging analytical insights, customer engagement, and technology adoption to optimize impact and drive portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities
- Master the Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer retention and business growth across the assigned portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account management within the designated territory
- Utilise a consultative approach to assess customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions and listing packages
- Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing real estate brokerages
- Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with high accuracy
- Collaborate with clients and finance teams to ensure timely payment reconciliation
- Work with internal departments to fulfil client requests promptly and efficiently
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in SaaS or subscription-based models with a strong record of achieving targets
- Ability to interpret client data and propose ROI-driven business solutions
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with strong English and Arabic language proficiency
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and address diverse client needs
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Capability to navigate complex decision-making processes within client organizations
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business strategies and industry dynamics
