This role supports Salla’s Controllership Department by executing and coordinating cross-department financial operations, ensuring accurate handling of e-payment transfers, COD settlements, weight correction cases, and manual financial shipping operations. The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Jira requests directed to Controllership, overseeing case review, assignment, tracking, and full-resolution workflows. The position requires strong accounting principles knowledge to reconcile, validate, and document financial data related to merchants, shipping, and payment activities while maintaining internal compliance controls. It supports merchant activation tracking, interdepartmental alignment between controllership, operations, and product teams, and contributes to process improvements by identifying financial workflow gaps and recommending operational enhancements. Using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, and Jira, the specialist prepares periodic reports summarizing financial and operational activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal procedures. Experience in e-commerce or SaaS financial operations is advantageous, with an emphasis on operating effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
