Job description

The Finance Business Partner at Al-Futtaim Automotive's FAMCO unit in KSA acts as a strategic advisor, enabling informed decision-making and financial performance across the business. The role includes delivering financial insights, leading budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring business performance. Key duties involve supporting investment appraisals and scenario planning, ensuring IFRS and local regulation compliance (including VAT), and driving process improvement and automation. The role also includes preparing accurate, timely management reporting and driving cost efficiency initiatives. The position requires strong financial modeling and business partnering skills, deep commercial acumen, and experience in finance systems like SAP. Exposure to automotive, industrial, or related sectors is considered advantageous. Reporting to the Financial Controller – FAMCO, the position engages cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams.
