Job description
Responsible for leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions across HealthHub’s Dubai-based clinic network, delivering patient-centric healthcare services. The FP&A Manager provides rigorous analysis, driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, transforming data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Supports financial evaluation for clinic openings, new services, partnerships, and investment/M&A scenarios including ROI, payback, and sensitivity analysis. Ensures continuous improvement of planning processes, cadence, and tools (SAP, Anaplan, Power BI). Provides executive-ready insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting to guide operations and business performance across multi-site healthcare clinics. Plays a critical role in linking financial performance to patient volumes, payer mix, and service-line profitability, ensuring alignment with strategic healthcare objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Build and manage driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
- Track financial performance versus plan and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights
- Model financial scenarios for clinic openings, new services, partnerships, and investment/M&A opportunities
- Translate complex financial data into executive-ready reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards
- Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, planning cadence, and financial systems including SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI
- Partner with operations and finance teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in patient-centric healthcare delivery
- Monitor and analyze key revenue cycle drivers, patient volumes, payer mix, and service-line profitability
- Provide stakeholder leadership and business partnering to support clinic network financial objectives
- Ensure all FP&A activities align with regulatory standards and organizational strategy in the healthcare domain
- Drive process enhancements, reporting efficiency, and strategic insights to inform executive decision-making
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5–8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience within healthcare providers, clinic networks, hospital groups, payers/insurers, or healthcare services organizations
- Strong understanding of patient volumes, payer mix, revenue cycle drivers, and service-line profitability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
- Proven experience in financial modelling, scenario planning, and budget/forecast management
- Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan)
- Clear and concise communication skills with senior leadership
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations, clinic launches, and capacity/utilization planning
- Ability to deliver executive-ready insights, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and business partnering capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial planning processes and drive data-driven decision-making in healthcare operations
