Job description
The Digital Marketing Executive supports the execution of paid digital campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (Paid Search and Display), and other digital channels for VOX Cinemas, Global Snow, and L&E brands across multiple regions. Responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns; aligning digital activity with movie launches, new packages, and promotional campaigns; coordinating timely delivery of digital assets (banners, videos, ad copies) with internal teams; continuously monitoring performance and recommending optimizations based on real-time data; assisting with pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion tracking; helping manage Google Ads through keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring; preparing weekly and monthly performance reports to assess effectiveness; and coordinating with creative teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Work with the marketing team to align digital activities with movie launches, new packages, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets including banners, videos, and ad copies
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations based on real-time data
- Assist in pixel implementation, event tracking, and conversion tracking across paid channels
- Help manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness
- Assist coordination with creative teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform requirements
Experience & skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media execution
- Hands-on experience with META Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of pixels, event tracking, and MarTech tools (CDPs, CRM, or automation platforms) is a plus
