Job description

The Functional Test Lead is responsible for driving and validating the functional and integration testing activities for PSS. This includes developing and executing formal functional test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. The role involves test planning, writing test cases and scripts, executing functional tests, and analyzing results. The role holder will design, implement, and support testing systems and strategies to prevent bugs or errors from reaching end-users. This individual serves as a subject matter expert in functional testing, modernizing testing practices, and improving processes. They will define and execute defect management protocols, monitor testing progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
