The Manager - Finance Transformation & Shared Services within Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice is responsible for leading consulting engagements that drive financial transformation and shared services optimization for global clients. Based in Dammam, the role focuses on advising organizations across industries—particularly resources and oil & gas—on strategic finance initiatives including shared service center setup, global business services (GBS), and centers of excellence (CoE). The Manager will perform assessments, design target operating models, establish governance frameworks, and develop transition plans and transformation roadmaps. The position requires expertise in digital process transformation, working capital and strategic cost optimization, treasury operations, and change management. The role also involves leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI and Agentic architectures to improve efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting shared service feasibility studies, benchmarking performance, managing large-scale transitions, and implementing performance improvement measures. The Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business cases, transformation roadmaps, and post-merger integrations. In addition to execution, the role includes contributing to business development efforts by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and supporting client relationship management. The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of financial operations, governance, and performance management frameworks, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable transformation programs. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, and the position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global consulting methodologies within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting division.
