Job description
The First Group is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its international agent network and drive real estate sales. Based in Dubai, the role involves establishing new agency relationships, supporting broker engagement, and promoting upscale property investment opportunities in high-growth markets. The successful candidate will manage partnerships, coordinate training sessions, lead international roadshows, and drive qualified lead generation to meet sales objectives. Key responsibilities
- Establish and grow a network of real estate agents and brokers internationally.
- Propose and implement new strategies for agent recruitment and performance improvement.
- Conduct agent presentations, provide training, and develop incentive programs to boost sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing agents for ongoing collaboration and support.
- Maintain strong communication with agents to keep them informed and motivated.
- Identify performance issues and develop action plans for improvement.
- Represent The First Group in international markets through roadshows and business trips.
- Appoint new agents and build promotional partnerships to enhance sales reach.
- Drive direct bookings and ensure achievement of defined sales targets.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate brokerage.
- Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and career-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic and/or French with clear articulation.
- Ability to travel internationally and manage roadshow logistics.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.
- Professional demeanor: punctual, courteous, and well-presented.
