The Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Visa is a regional leadership role within the CEMEA B2B Marketing team, responsible for translating regional product strategy into actionable marketing initiatives aimed at driving adoption of Visa's payment products with a particular focus on eCommerce and Agentic Commerce. The role requires the creation and execution of regional marketing strategies in alignment with global and local priorities. Responsibilities include developing compelling messaging for commercial payments innovations, creating marketing content and sales enablement materials, leading agency collaborations, and managing events and campaigns to promote Visa's commercial offerings. The position emphasizes thought leadership, digital transformation, intelligent commerce, and seamless customer experiences. The candidate must be adept at working in a matrixed organization, navigating diverse markets and stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

- Develop and execute regional B2B marketing strategies aligned with global and regional priorities
- Create compelling value propositions and messaging for commercial payments and commerce innovations

- Monitor campaign effectiveness and deliver data-backed recommendations for improvement
Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 7+ years
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing strategy, particularly in payments, eCommerce, and digital innovation
- Familiarity with Agentic commerce and Infused ecommerce
- Experience with partner program development
- Ability to discover customer insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders and operating in a matrixed environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in working across multiple cultures and markets
