Job description
The Manager - Cyber Solutions Consulting (CPX) provides management and supervision within the Cyber Solutions Consulting team to help the Director achieve team objectives, with technical oversight of projects and service delivery and direct contribution across presales pursuits. The role leads cross-business unit presales and project engagements, and provides technology architecture guidance across CPX internal initiatives. Core duties include designing solutions and capabilities for cyber transformations, assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, systems integration and deployments; contributing to the CPX project delivery framework with technical oversight across internal and external projects; and driving continuous development of Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures, standards, and standard operating procedures. The manager collaborates with partners, vendors, quality assurance, and account managers to set technical direction, generates new ideas to drive client impact (increasing revenue, reducing cost, improving productivity), and facilitates innovative solution designs aligned to client strategy with quantifiable value propositions. The role translates client objectives and critical success factors into actionable strategies, plans, and enterprise architecture; provides holistic end-to-end cyber resilience program advisory, transformation and operations; gathers requirements, collects data, conducts analysis and problem resolution; reviews technical and business processes, standards and procedures to recommend improvements; contributes to consulting strategy aligned to business unit and organizational goals; and helps manage financial performance of Cyber Solutions and Delivery. Additional responsibilities include building and managing technical capabilities (resource allocations, skills maintenance, training and certifications), defining architectural standards for client solution design and deployment, implementing best practices and success metrics to improve performance, developing financially sound proposals, supporting sales on pursuits, bids, pricing and estimations, researching and developing new business opportunities, leading meetings with prospective clients, coaching the team on proposals/marketing documents/case studies, aligning team performance plans to operational objectives, and tracking goals and performance to ensure targets are met with clear communication on shared goals.

- Provide management and supervision to Cyber Solutions Consulting, including technical oversight of projects and service delivery
- Design solutions for cyber transformations, assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, systems integration and deployments
- Input to the CPX project delivery framework and provide technical oversight across internal and external projects
- Develop and implement Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures, standards, and SOPs
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, QA, and account managers to set technical direction on designs
- Create value propositions and innovative solutions aligned to client strategy, demonstrating quantifiable benefits
- Translate client objectives and success factors into actionable strategies, plans, and enterprise architecture
- Deliver holistic end-to-end cyber resilience advisory, transformation and operations
- Gather requirements, collect data, perform analysis, and drive problem resolution
- Review technical/business processes, standards and procedures, and recommend continuous improvements
- Contribute to Cyber Solutions Consulting strategy and manage aspects of financial performance
- Build, develop, and manage technical capabilities, including resource allocation, skills maintenance, and training/certification alignment
- Define architectural standards for client solution design and deployment
- Implement best practices, optimize processes, and establish success metrics to improve team performance
- Develop financially sound proposals and support sales on pursuits, bids, pricing, and estimations
- Research and develop new business opportunities; promote services and lead meetings with prospective clients
- Coach the team to draft sales materials, proposals, marketing documents, and case studies
- Align team performance plans to operational objectives; track goals and lead evaluations and communications on shared goals
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of related enterprise-level experience with client-facing systems integration
- Expertise in cybersecurity, security architecture, controls and best practices
- CISSP certification or equivalent relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of cyber resiliency frameworks and information security metrics
- Proven track record leading complex IT and cyber projects
- Professional presentation skills with credibility and ability to influence stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
