Job description
FTI Capital Advisors (FTICA), a global boutique investment bank and subsidiary of FTI Consulting, is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst in Dubai. The role supports M&A mandate execution across sectors including TMT, healthcare, renewables, and industrials. The analyst will be involved from origination to closing, developing financial models, preparing pitchbooks and reports, conducting market and company research, and producing actionable insights. Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall support in the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions.
- Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from origination to closing.
- Construct detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel and other tools.
- Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
- Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Support the development of pitch books and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with global teams across various industry verticals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
- Bachelorās or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
