The Product Marketing Manager – Gemini (Arabic, English) at Google in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end product marketing strategy across consumer and business products within a technology-driven, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-focused environment. The role participates in the complete marketing lifecycle, including determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external communications to shape products and grow their consumer base. The position operates in a highly cross-functional setting, collaborating with Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering, and other stakeholders to connect user needs with Google’s technology solutions. The role supports defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measures performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Responsibilities include evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, assessing product readiness for launch, and communicating new developments to users. The manager assists in developing programs aimed at acquiring customers through business strategies, messaging, marketing collateral, and events, while increasing engagement and measuring program efficacy. The role also contributes to developing client and executive narratives, presentations, case studies, and content to accelerate business momentum and better engage Google’s customers and agency partners. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English to support client relationship management in the region and leverages experience across marketing fields such as growth, product marketing, brand marketing, and social marketing, with exposure to technology, AI, brand management, or strategy consulting environments.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new product or feature launches and measure performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Support evaluation of product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, assess product readiness for launch, and communicate new developments to users
- Develop customer acquisition programs including business strategies, messaging, marketing collateral, and events to increase engagement and measure program efficacy
- Develop client and executive narratives, presentations, case studies, and content to accelerate business momentum and strengthen engagement with customers and agency partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, and engineering teams to align positioning, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization
- Execute marketing-related tasks within the scope of the product or project under manager guidance to support overall product marketing strategy
- Contribute to positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications to help shape the product journey and grow the consumer base
- Support client relationship management in the region through fluent communication in Arabic and English
Experience & skills
- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrate 4 years of experience in marketing across one or more fields including growth, product marketing, brand marketing, or social marketing
- Demonstrate experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Demonstrate ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English to support client relationship management in the region
- Demonstrate experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, AI, technology, or related fields as a preferred qualification
- Demonstrate ability to develop and understand strategy across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios
- Demonstrate ability to navigate ambiguity within technology and AI-driven environments
- Demonstrate passion for Google’s products, technology, and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space
