Job description
The Program Manager and Development Advisor within Saudi Aramco’s Management Development Services Division (MDSD) is responsible for supporting and developing Aramco leaders through consultant-led and top global university programs covering leadership, communication, finance, and business negotiations. The role serves as a liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure all leadership development programs meet Aramco’s pristine standards. Responsibilities span end-to-end program lifecycle management, including designing and delivering in-person and virtual learning content aligned with adult learning principles, curriculum development and innovation using modern training aids and emerging learning technologies, program execution within budget and timelines, stakeholder engagement, participant support, and continuous improvement through needs analysis and evaluation metrics. The role also includes advisory responsibilities to ensure cultural alignment with Aramco’s values, operational coordination of logistics and onboarding, risk and compliance management, audit readiness, and collaboration with internal teams and external learning partners. Light travel inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is expected, and the role operates within a full-time schedule in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership and development learning content through in-person and virtual training programs aligned with adult learning principles
- Collaborate with learning professionals to develop and enhance curricula using modern training aids and digital learning tools
- Oversee the full lifecycle of leadership development programs ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives
- Serve as the primary liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, vendors, internal stakeholders, and sponsors
- Lead and support project teams by setting expectations, coordinating activities, and providing performance feedback
- Conduct learning needs analyses, develop evaluation plans, and implement metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact
- Manage program risks and ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and review requirements
- Advise learning partners on Saudi Aramco culture and values to ensure relevance and applicability of development solutions
- Engage with program participants to gather feedback, maintain engagement, and ensure a high-quality learning experience
- Manage operational and logistical aspects including scheduling, onboarding cohorts, field training support, and coordination with administrative teams
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred
- 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, and/or curriculum development
- Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops
- Experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance learning environments
- Ability to prepare training classroom environments and conduct and evaluate courses
- Experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and associated tools
- Experience with engaging learning technologies including simulations and virtual models
- Experience in instructional design and development of interactive digital participant guides
- Ability to conduct continuous research into learning industry trends and apply relevant practices and technologies
- Strong capability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels
