The Sales Specialist - Data & AI Security at Veeam focuses on driving growth for Securiti AI solutions, supporting enterprise customers in data security posture management (DSPM). The role involves collaborating closely with Veeam account executives to cross-sell into existing customer bases, acquire new business, and expand Securiti AI accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing territory plans to drive repeatable revenue, managing pipelines of high-value opportunities, delivering compelling business cases, maintaining CRM discipline, and expanding relationships with key channel partners and resellers. The specialist leverages extensive knowledge in enterprise software sales, cybersecurity, and AI-powered data security solutions, while providing advisory expertise to C-suite executives and technical teams. The role requires understanding multithreaded sales cycles, complex deal structures, and enterprise account growth strategies, ensuring alignment with Veeam’s go-to-market resources and customer success frameworks.

- Develop and execute territory plans to drive repeatable revenue within assigned accounts for Securiti AI solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Lead the full sales process as a trusted advisor, delivering compelling business cases to enterprise customers.
- Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and timely follow-ups.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to develop long-term relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Expand relationships with channel partners and resellers to accelerate deal flow and increase market penetration.
- Provide technical and strategic input to customers and internal teams to ensure successful solution adoption and customer success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Experience & skills
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise software deals with 10–15+ years in security software sales.
- Extensive experience managing multithreaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Strong existing relationships with C-suite executives and channel partners in large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, particularly in data security, management, or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated reputation for integrity, honesty, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans and manage high-value sales pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, solution engineers, and account executives to drive deal closure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and present compelling business cases.
