Job description
This role manages operational delivery for aviation-related contracts, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting the Account Manager and collaborating with internal functions such as finance, payroll, planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services. It requires strict maintenance of data integrity and adherence to SOPs and SWIs, as well as meeting operational SLAs and commercial KPIs. The Operations Manager drives on-time deployment of assets, oversees daily operational and financial reporting, and monitors commercial aspects of the service. The position requires analyzing trends and metrics to improve processes, validating internal business metrics, managing deployment data, and measuring driver performance. The manager leads the development and implementation of optimized workflows, eliminates bottlenecks, enforces quality control measures, and creates standardized process documentation. Innovation tasks include integrating automation tools to reduce manual workloads, researching limousine industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging cross-department collaboration for continuous improvement, and utilizing automation to support best-practice transportation operating models. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships in alignment with the RACI matrix, identifying efficiency opportunities, and influencing team culture toward operational excellence.

- Develop and maintain operational performance of the contract in accordance with commercial requirements.
- Ensure on-time deployment of all assets in line with client demand.
- Monitor contract commercial aspects and operational management of the service.
- Manage daily operational reporting to support financial performance review.
- Adhere to SOPs, SWIs, SLAs and commercial KPIs.
- Proactively manage client relationships and ensure full account coverage per the RACI matrix.
- Develop relationships at all levels within the assigned account portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and propose operational initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics to enhance solutions, processes, and programs.
- Measure, validate, and test the effectiveness of business metrics driving productivity optimization.
- Manage reporting related to operations, deployment data, and driver performance.
- Promote a culture focused on operational excellence and business performance.
- Motivate and influence team members to achieve positive performance and behaviors.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to optimize workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures within key operational processes.
- Create standardized documentation for critical business processes.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant operational experience.
- University or college education.
- Technical experience in transport management, rostering, deployments, and vehicle utilization.
- Knowledge of limousine and RTA regulatory compliance.
- Awareness of operational procedures relevant to transport and aviation logistics.
- Strong customer relationship management capability.
- Ability to produce effective operational and performance reports.
- Understanding of workflows and ability to optimize processes.
- Experience with managing data accuracy and operational metrics.
