Responsibilities extend to building and maintaining performance dashboards, analyzing review data to identify trends and capability gaps, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership, supporting pyramid/capacity planning, and ensuring data integrity across tools and templates. The lead drives process excellence by managing mid-year and year-end review cycles end-to-end, leveraging automation, Workday and SuccessFactors capabilities, and improving processes to deliver a seamless consultant experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying learning and coaching needs, partnering with L&D teams to translate insights into interventions, training consultants and reviewers on self-evaluation, feedback delivery, and review writing, and fostering collaboration across Talent Management, HC Operations, L&D, and business leadership. Candidates are expected to thrive in a fast-paced, global consulting environment, effectively influencing senior stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and applying data-driven insights to drive organizational performance and talent development across the IMEA region.
