Job description
The Services Sales Solution Lead (SSSL) plays a strategic role in bridging technical capabilities with business objectives for enterprise customers. This role involves leading discovery workshops, designing solution architectures, and developing Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer goals and Salesforce delivery standards. The SSSL works closely with account teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from presales to implementation. The role requires strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-value digital transformation engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, client engagement expertise, and a proven ability to drive long-term customer success.

Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution integration and scoping activities for enterprise customers. The Services Sales Solution Lead conducts discovery workshops and gathers business requirements to identify customer challenges, opportunities, and transformation goals. This role involves translating complex business needs into scalable solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including solution architects, business strategists, and delivery leads. The Services Sales Solution Lead ensures all stakeholders are aligned on solution design, technical feasibility, and project outcomes. This coordination supports the development of comprehensive and high-quality proposals.
- Own the development and authoring of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project proposals. The role involves defining scope, timelines, deliverables, staffing requirements, and commercial structures. The Services Sales Solution Lead ensures proposals are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with customer expectations.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors. The role requires presenting solutions, addressing concerns, and establishing trust with decision-makers to accelerate deal closures and project approvals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting best practices in solution design and presales engagement. The Services Sales Solution Lead contributes to team capability development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience in professional services or consulting roles delivering digital transformation projects. Candidates must demonstrate experience working with medium to large enterprise clients across complex engagements.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem including multi-cloud solutions. Candidates should possess both functional and technical understanding of Salesforce platforms and integration capabilities.
- Extensive experience across the full presales lifecycle including discovery, solution design, estimation, and SOW development. The role requires strong proposal development and client engagement capabilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project costing, resource planning, and ROI justification. Candidates must demonstrate ability to balance customer value with business profitability.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams. The Services Sales Solution Lead must demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
