Job description
Core42, a provider of AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Specialist – Endpoint Management to design, deploy, administer, and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoint platforms. The role has primary ownership of JAMF Pro and Ivanti Neurons/EPM environments, with additional responsibility for Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. The position ensures secure, reliable, and compliant endpoint operations across hybrid environments, covering software distribution, patching, configuration, device posture, reporting, and automation. Responsibilities span macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, and Android Enterprise environments, integrating with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 services, Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, Entra ID/Azure AD, on-prem Active Directory, and certificate-based authentication services such as SCEP/NDES. The role emphasizes operational excellence, compliance, reporting, API-driven automation, observability, CMDB accuracy, ITIL-aligned processes, and audit-ready documentation while supporting enterprise-scale endpoint security, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement within regulated environments.

Key responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and administer JAMF Pro for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS including enrollment, profiles, policies, smart groups, patching, Self Service, scripting, and compliance workflows
- Operate Ivanti Neurons/EPM for Windows and macOS including application packaging, software distribution, patch and content services, configuration policies, remediation, automation, and reporting
- Maintain endpoint platform health including upgrades, certificates such as APNs and MDM, connectors, services, and capacity planning
- Support Microsoft Intune for application lifecycle management, device compliance, configuration profiles, and Endpoint Security policies in collaboration with Conditional Access and co-management initiatives
- Support SCCM/MECM site roles including MP, DP, SUP, content distribution, application deployments, task sequences, modern provisioning, and ADR-based patching
- Package, test, and deploy applications and updates with ring-based deployment strategies and rollback planning across JAMF, Ivanti, Intune, and SCCM/MECM
- Plan and execute monthly patch cycles while monitoring compliance levels and remediating non-compliant endpoints
- Develop dashboards and reports covering deployment success, compliance drift, vulnerability remediation SLAs, and license utilization
- Perform L2 troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, implement preventive actions, and identify automation opportunities
- Manage integrations between Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to enable unified security posture, automated remediation, and reporting
- Configure and maintain Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager integrations for automated device enrollment and VPP app deployment
- Manage Android Enterprise integrations including COPE, COBO, and Work Profile enrollment, compliance, and application lifecycle
- Oversee integration with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint to enforce Conditional Access and compliance policies
- Integrate endpoint platforms with Entra ID/Azure AD and on-prem Active Directory supporting hybrid join, co-management, and Conditional Access signals
- Operate and secure API integrations using Jamf Pro API, Microsoft Graph, and Ivanti APIs for automation and data exchange
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Have 4–6+ years of hands-on enterprise endpoint management experience with primary ownership of JAMF and Ivanti platforms
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM in enterprise environments
- Possess hands-on expertise with Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS at scale
- Exhibit experience with Ivanti Neurons/EPM administration including automation, remediation, and reporting
- Demonstrate knowledge of endpoint security baselines, certificate management, least-privilege models, and EDR integrations
- Show strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell and bash or zsh
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and operate within ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes
