Statements get prepared and submitted to Management on time, and periodic detailed financial reports, including analysis of various accounts, get issued to the Financial Reporting Department on schedule. Trial balance and general ledger entries for subsidiaries get overseen closely, keeping everything accurate and up to date. Financial data gets analysed regularly to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across the business units. Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies runs through every financial activity across subsidiaries.
