Job description
Responsible for driving acquisition of CASA accounts, fixed deposits, and payroll relationships for the PRB high-net-worth segment. Leads sales activities, delivers consistent business acquisition, and ensures high approval ratios across sourced business. Provides expert product advice, strengthens client relationships, and drives cross-sell of retail banking products to maximize profitability while maintaining strict compliance and service-quality standards.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for CASA, Fixed Deposits, and payroll accounts
- Develop new markets and onboard new customers within the designated territory
- Source HNW clients for PRB segments using a segmented acquisition approach
- Cross-sell retail banking products including credit cards, bancassurance and overdrafts
- Provide professional advice on banking products to new and existing customers
- Maintain consistent business acquisition and improve approval rates
- Collaborate with branches to develop location-specific sales strategies
- Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and sourcing standards
- Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Conduct kiosk-based sales activities in companies, malls, and events
- Gather and share market intelligence with supervisors for strategy development
- Improve product knowledge through assessments and training programs
Experience & skills
- Graduate degree; MBA/BBA preferred
- 6+ years experience in banking or retail sales (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong selling and marketing skills with proven sales performance
- Experience acquiring HNW and payroll clients is an advantage
- Understanding of liability products including CASA and Fixed Deposits
- Basic operating system/computer proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Team player with strong work ethic and enthusiasm
