Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for CASA, Fixed Deposits, and payroll accounts
• Develop new markets and onboard new customers within the designated territory
• Source HNW clients for PRB segments using a segmented acquisition approach
• Cross-sell retail banking products including credit cards, bancassurance and overdrafts
• Provide professional advice on banking products to new and existing customers
• Maintain consistent business acquisition and improve approval rates
• Collaborate with branches to develop location-specific sales strategies
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and sourcing standards
• Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Conduct kiosk-based sales activities in companies, malls, and events
• Gather and share market intelligence with supervisors for strategy development
• Improve product knowledge through assessments and training programs
