Job description
The VAS Field Officer at Edenred UAE is responsible for supporting value-added services delivery for payroll and financial inclusion initiatives, serving more than 6,000 businesses and over 2 million unbanked employees across the UAE. The role involves distributing payroll cards, collecting KYC documentation from authorized individuals, and ensuring compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements. The position includes onboarding cardholders to the C3Pay mobile app, educating users on product offerings such as money transfer, mobile recharge, and card services, and ensuring proper card usage. The VAS Field Officer delivers financial inclusion training sessions to onboard new users to the C3Pay platform and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to payroll cards and mobile application functionality. The role requires conducting remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders in transferring money through the C3Pay app, executing marketing campaigns for product awareness, conducting award ceremonies at employee residences, and delivering fraud awareness training sessions. The position also includes corporate VAS training presentations for payroll and welfare teams, supporting financial empowerment initiatives, and promoting adoption of value-added services. The role requires demonstrable experience in banking products, proficiency in Microsoft Office, multilingual communication capabilities, and strong presentation and customer engagement skills while supporting Edenredās financial inclusion mission for unbanked populations.

Key responsibilities
- Distribute payroll cards to employees, collect KYC documentation from authorized individuals, and ensure compliance with mandatory regulatory and compliance requirements
- Onboard cardholders to the C3Pay mobile app, educate users about available products and services including money transfer, mobile recharge, and card services, and guide proper card usage
- Deliver financial inclusion training sessions to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and support cardholders with day-to-day issues related to payroll cards and mobile application services
- Conduct remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders in transferring money through the C3Pay application and resolving transaction-related issues
- Execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness of C3Pay product services including promotional activities and award ceremonies at employee residences
- Conduct fraud awareness training sessions at employee residences to educate cardholders on fraud prevention and secure financial transactions
- Deliver corporate VAS training presentations to payroll and welfare teams to improve adoption of value-added services and payroll solutions
- Provide field-level customer support, troubleshoot card and app issues, and ensure smooth onboarding and service experience for cardholders
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Demonstrable experience as a Field Officer in banking products or financial services environment
- Experience handling KYC documentation, compliance processes, and card distribution activities
- Experience delivering customer onboarding, training sessions, and product awareness campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Multi-language communication skills to support diverse workforce and unbanked employee population
- Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering corporate and field training sessions
- Experience supporting financial inclusion initiatives, mobile app onboarding, and customer service in field operations
