Job description
To provide both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing attendance and leave records, financial record maintenance, clerical tasks, and using office technology such as computers and scanners. The role supports internal departments by maintaining accurate files, compiling reports, handling correspondence, and promoting workplace health and safety.

- To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by immediate supervisor
- Answer telephone, take messages, and answer inquiries
- Maintain attendance reports, leave records, trip records and logs
- Maintain financial records and perform basic math computations
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks accurately
- Operate office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers
- Maintain files and financial documentation
- Answer queries and manage incoming calls
- Photocopy, print, and prepare office documents
- Mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks
- Ensure QHSE compliance and report incidents or hazards
- Promote safety and cooperate with company HSE initiatives
Experience & skills
- Higher Secondary School Certificate
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential data
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to give accurate and detailed information to visitors
- Typing, scheduling, and filing experience
- Experience compiling reports and charts
