Job description
Analog is building living world models and Ana, the Analog Neural Agent, to transform physical environments across sectors. The Senior Engineer (Unity Developer) plans and implements game functionality, designs and builds game code, establishes strategy and development pipelines, creates HLD, identifies and fixes code errors and performance bottlenecks, tests game functionality and theme dynamics, ensures products conform to high industry standards, and designs/builds game patches and upgrades. The role collaborates with engineers, architects, and product owners to define short- and long-term tasks and reviews implementations for alignment with coding guidelines and architecture. Requirements include at least 5 years as a Unity developer with in-depth knowledge of Unity best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy), extensive mobile game-development experience, experience with memory and space optimization, knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and advantages such as AAA game title experience, experience building projects from scratch to production, and familiarity with git version control. Key responsibilities
- Establish strategy and development pipelines for Unity-based products.
- Create high-level design (HLD) and plan and implement game functionality.
- Design and build game code aligned to product requirements and standards.
- Identify and fix code errors and resolve game performance bottlenecks.
- Test game functionality and theme dynamics to ensure stability and usability.
- Ensure products conform to high industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Design and build game patches and upgrades to maintain and improve releases.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product owners to define short- and long-term tasks.
- Review implementations for adherence to coding guidelines and architectural standards.
Experience & skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a Unity developer.
- In-depth knowledge of Unity and best practices including prefabs, asset bundles, and organized scene hierarchy.
- Extensive experience with mobile game development.
- Experience with memory and space optimization for performance.
- Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- AAA game title experience (advantage).
- Experience in building projects from scratch to production (advantage).
- Familiarity with git version control (advantage).
- Good communication skills.
