Job description
Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah needs a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen its position across corporate, government and MICE business throughout the UAE. You'll develop and implement proactive sales plans aimed at hitting revenue targets, then go out and secure new business through direct sales efforts and networking. Relationships with key decision makers matter here, spanning corporate organizations, government entities, embassies, TMCs and event agencies. Sales calls, presentations and client site inspections happen on a regular basis, keeping the pipeline full and leads moving toward confirmed business. Industry events, networking functions and trade exhibitions give this role visibility for the hotel, alongside ongoing tracking of market intelligence and competitor activity. Revenue Management and Operations teams work closely with you to keep commercial performance aligned across departments. An established network within the UAE corporate market counts for a lot, along with a proven track record in corporate and MICE sales specifically. Three or more years of hotel sales experience within the UAE hospitality market is required, with a strong understanding of the Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah and Northern Emirates business markets expected. Success in this role looks like measurable growth in corporate room nights, stronger weekday occupancy and an expanding share of key commercial segments.
