The Commercial Contracts Associate Manager role is part of Accenture's Contract Management team within Legal and Commercial Services, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports sales and delivery teams across the full contract lifecycle, offering expert legal and commercial advice with a focus on maximizing value and managing risks. Responsibilities include contract drafting, negotiation, risk resolution, and compliance monitoring. The role involves direct client interaction and requires strong relationship-building skills with client stakeholders. The associate manager will lead and support contract management teams across projects, contribute to performance management, engage in sales activities, and assist with deal shaping. Extensive experience in contract management, compliance investigations, and knowledge of local laws and employee rights is essential. Certification or membership with World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Some travel may be necessary.
