Job description
The Commercial Contracts Associate Manager role is part of Accenture's Contract Management team within Legal and Commercial Services, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports sales and delivery teams across the full contract lifecycle, offering expert legal and commercial advice with a focus on maximizing value and managing risks. Responsibilities include contract drafting, negotiation, risk resolution, and compliance monitoring. The role involves direct client interaction and requires strong relationship-building skills with client stakeholders. The associate manager will lead and support contract management teams across projects, contribute to performance management, engage in sales activities, and assist with deal shaping. Extensive experience in contract management, compliance investigations, and knowledge of local laws and employee rights is essential. Certification or membership with World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA is a plus. A Bachelorās degree is required. Some travel may be necessary.

Key responsibilities
- Lead or support contract management teams across projects and accounts
- Collaborate with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand and support client needs
- Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff
- Support the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues
- Engage in pre-award sales activities and discussions regarding deal shaping and contractual outcomes
- Support contract drafting and contribute to client negotiations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree
- Possess membership or certification from World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA (preferred)
- Demonstrate experience in conducting and supervising compliance and employment investigations
- Have in-depth knowledge of local ethical and compliance-related risks, employee rights, and related laws
- Show extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management
- Be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and commercial contracting terms and conditions
