Job description
Within Red Sea Globalās Global Brand Development & Marketing Division and Marketing Communications Department, the Manager ā Brand and Stakeholder Management (Amaala) supports the Senior Manager of AMAALA Destination Marketing by overseeing, developing, and executing an integrated plan that aligns AMAALA destination stakeholders with destination business and marketing objectives. The role manages and nurtures relationships with luxury resorts, experiences, retail brands, and other entities operating in the destination; communicates AMAALA marketing strategy, plans, and goals to partners; and ensures partner marketing activities and messaging remain aligned with brand guidelines and destination positioning. Responsibilities span preparing and leading regular stakeholder meetings and site visits (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly), acting as the primary point of contact, gathering and analyzing partner feedback to drive improvement, creating joint marketing opportunities (co-branded campaigns, events, promotional activities), and coordinating with internal teams (PR, Social Media, Travel Trade, Digital, Paid Media, Asset Management) to ensure internal alignment. The role safeguards brand guardianship across resort/partner collateral, supports production and coordination of partner photo and video shoots, monitors and reports on relationship effectiveness and collaborative initiatives to top management, represents AMAALA at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and foster new partnerships, and stays abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform strategy. It contributes commercial and operational rigor by organizing records, setting objectives, prioritizing work against deadlines and resources, and championing Qiddiya values of proactive, innovative, and collaborative delivery while traveling as needed and maintaining excellent Arabic and English communication with culturally diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with resort and destination partners, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder interactions
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) to gather feedback, align on initiatives, and strengthen relationships
- Communicate AMAALA marketing strategy, plans, and goals to partners and ensure alignment of partner marketing activities with destination strategy
- Provide strategic advice and support to partners on marketing initiatives and identify joint marketing opportunities including co-branded campaigns, events, and promotions
- Gather, analyze, and action stakeholder feedback to enhance collaboration and mutual benefits, addressing concerns and challenges
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to facilitate information sharing, collaboration, and joint planning
- Engage stakeholders through updates and communication tools to inform them of destination progress, initiatives, and participation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Social Media, Travel Trade, Digital, Paid Media, Asset Management) to ensure internal alignment and support
- Ensure brand guardianship across all resort/partner collateral and align partner messaging with brand guidelines and destination positioning
- Support production and coordination of resort/partner photo and video shoots for the destination
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder relationships and joint initiatives, providing regular reports to top management
- Represent AMAALA at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build new partnerships

- Maintain compliance with company policies and continuously identify improvements in systems, processes, and reports
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās Degree or higher in Hospitality or a related field
- Bring 6+ years of experience in hospitality, brand and marketing, or a relevant field
- Be well-versed in traditional and social marketing within hospitality, and in stakeholder management, projects, and budget
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, organizational and leadership skills with strong attention to detail and ability to set objectives, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines and resources
- Show high proactivity and creativity, seeking innovative big ideas
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills; culturally sensitive; able to work effectively as a team and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate willingness to travel
- Possess excellent stakeholder management and client-service skills, including expectation management and needs interpretation, keeping internal stakeholders informed and engaged
