Job description
The AI Infrastructure TPU GTM Lead, Google Cloud is responsible for driving exponential AI Infrastructure revenue growth through TPU partnerships and strategic customer engagements across Google Cloudâs GTM segments and verticals. The role operates across field sales, AI Infra technical specialists, capacity, product, engineering, and finance to develop and grow long-term AI Infra TPU partnerships, operating at the C-level internally and externally. The position requires deep market knowledge about AI Natives and a robust understanding of the emerging Gen-AI industry tech stack, along with a deep understanding of GCPâs AI Infrastructure and strategic deal cycles. Core objectives include leading Google Cloudâs most strategic and complex TPU agreement cycles with a customer-first mindset and strong ownership; driving strategic go-to-market and commercial initiatives to accelerate short- and long-term growth for Googleâs Cloud TPU business; developing and implementing regional/industry-specific GTM strategies jointly with the broader AI Infra team and in cross-functional collaboration; and building and deepening trusted C-suite relationships with Google Cloudâs most strategic AI Infra customers to influence long-term direction and serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience) and 10 years of experience in enterprise tech/cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Masterâs degree; experience working across multiple organizations to drive complex initiatives to resolution; experience in business development, consulting, or strategic sales in the technology industry promoting PaaS or IaaS; strong communications skills suited to a fast-paced, high-impact environment; deep market knowledge about AI Natives and the Gen-AI tech stack; and deep understanding of GCPâs AI Infrastructure and strategic deal cycles. Key responsibilities
- Drive and grow AI Infrastructure revenue for Google Cloud through new, expanded, or accelerated TPU partnerships and strategic customer engagements across GCPâs GTM segments.
- Lead Google Cloudâs most strategic and complex TPU agreement cycles with a customer-first mindset, ownership, and accountability for partnership success.
- Design and execute strategic go-to-market and commercial initiatives to accelerate short- and long-term growth for the Cloud TPU business.
- Develop and implement regional and industry-specific GTM strategies in collaboration with the broader AI Infra team and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, tech specialists, capacity, product, engineering, finance).
- Build and deepen trusted C-suite relationships with strategic AI Infra customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a thought leader and strategic advisor to senior management.
- Represent Google Cloud externally at industry, customer, and partner events to advance TPU partnerships and market presence.
