The Sales Executive – Multi-Channel Real Estate at Kaizen Asset Management Services (Kaizen AMS) is responsible for driving new business acquisition and high-volume revenue generation by targeting developer clients within the real estate services and property management sector. The role requires managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. The Sales Executive conducts structured multi-channel outreach including telephone, email, and LinkedIn, communicating Kaizen AMS’s value proposition persuasively while maintaining high standards of pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and reliable forecasting. The position emphasizes disciplined execution, responsiveness to inbound inquiries, and independent management of sales activities, contributing directly to sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and client portfolio development.

- Prospect, engage, and qualify target clients through structured multi-channel outreach including telephone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize client acquisition.
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure of deals with new developer clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and conversion targets through disciplined execution of high-volume sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Company’s CRM system to ensure reliable sales tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Deliver professional, tailored sales presentations that effectively communicate Kaizen AMS’s value proposition to potential clients and influence decision-making.
- Escalate strategic exceptions, critical issues, or complex client scenarios to senior management when necessary to facilitate timely resolution.
- Work independently while taking initiative in sales activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
- Leverage pipeline discipline and CRM competency to prioritize opportunities, manage follow-ups, and sustain consistent revenue generation.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within real estate services, property management, or professional services.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and delivering measurable business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage, influence, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset suitable for high-volume sales environments.
- Comfortable with phone-first selling and executing multi-channel outreach strategies independently.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management, CRM competency, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Possession of a valid UAE Driving License and access to a vehicle; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
- Results-driven, resilient, and capable of performing effectively under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
