Scale builds bespoke AI applications for governments and government-backed entities outside the United States, forward deploying teams to turn customer pain points and workflows into working solutions powered by the Scale GenAI Platform, and this Product Manager of AI Applications, Global Public Sector role sits right at the center of that model. You own large AI projects for one or many customers, leading a cross-functional team of engineers, MLEs and operators to build solutions that drive real impact and meaningful revenue for the business. Design workshops with clients get led directly to define custom AI solutions, and new AI application use cases across various government entities get scoped out as opportunities arise. Cross-functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs runs through diverse stakeholders spanning Engineering, Ops and Go-to-Market. Future end-users get engaged consistently for feedback, keeping prioritization grounded in what people actually need. Staying current with the latest research in applied AI and training custom LLMs is part of the job, not an afterthought. Model evaluation sets and performance requirements get scoped, results reviewed continuously, and the solution iterated based on what the data shows. Regular progress updates go to the client and International Public Sector leadership throughout.
