Job description
The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect will serve as a regional technical leader across MEA, supporting Microsoft's customers through the design and implementation of Power Platform and Copilot-based AI solutions. This role focuses on customer-centric architecture, technical leadership, and business impact, driving usage and value from Microsoft's AI-enabled platforms including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and D365. The architect will lead solution plays, technical envisioning, and help customers transform business processes with intelligent agents and low-code automation. You will contribute to both pre-sales strategy and post-sale implementation across a broad portfolio of AI and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Leverage business process expertise to drive Agents sitting on Copilot Chat / M365 Copilot with existing D365 customers.
- Align to the “Innovate with Low Code AI & Agents” solution play for AI business solutions.
- Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as the leading commercial AI solution.
- Drive customer engagement through demos, scenarios, and product moments that showcase AI transformation.
- Leave no segment or worker role uncovered by driving Copilot Chat adoption.
- Accelerate low-code adoption and transform the D365 core business using AI capabilities.
- Support ERP and CRM modernization through D365 AI and Copilot Studio Agents.
- Develop deep understanding of Power Platform technologies and lead envisioning sessions and hackathons.
- Drive business value conversations and change management with customers.
- Ensure usage excellence by managing MSX milestones and resolving account blockers.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or software development/support.
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of formal degree.
- Technical product proficiency and operational discipline.
- Experience with AI transformation and agent-based business processes.
- Understanding of building and integrating agent-infused apps.
- Familiarity with ECIF and FY26 Microsoft programs.
- Strong business value and change management skills.
- Ability to lead usage excellence and customer ROI conversations.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% across MEA.
