Key responsibilities
- Optimize the efficiency of our post company setup operations and build scalable operations to fuel our growth.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement, put forward solutions, and drive process enhancement.
- Increase client retention through excellent delivery of HR, PRO & GRO services.
- Adhere to corporate governance requirements to ensure due accountability, transparency, administrative and regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Establish KPIs, measure success, and analyze outputs to drive initiatives that consistently improve outcomes, such as optimizing resources and reducing delivery times.
- Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and enhance productivity across teams.
- Ensure world-class client experience through excellent service delivery, engagement, communication and account management.
- Directly manage a set of VIP clients, delivering HR, PRO & GRO services to them on a monthly basis.
- Manage the team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and consistent value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term client retention and success.
- Manage client escalations.
- Work with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to optimize for customer journey and commercial impact, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Client Relations Associates delivering HR, PRO & GRO services.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to perform their roles effectively, managing team performance and development.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, providing guidance, mentoring, learning sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high output.
- Lead on performance management and establish individual KPIs to ensure success of team members and the unit.
Experience & skills
- 5+ Years in Operational Leadership and 8+ of work experience overall.
- Operations experience in a service environment is required, ideally with past experience in both project/one-time services and subscription models.
- Technical degree, or operations, process or project management certifications.
- Proven record of driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience leading a team, implementing high output management practices, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Skilled at leveraging data and technology to optimize processes, drive automation, and produce insightful reports for decision-making.
- Proficiency in operational tools and CRM systems.
- Committed to exceeding client expectations with a strong understanding of service excellence in complex, multi-step processes.
- Youâre based in KSA or willing to relocate.
- Youâre an Arabic speaker.
