The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – Enterprise Transformation & Target Operating Model is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level change management strategies across large-scale digital, operational, and business transformation programs in on-site roles based in Cairo, Egypt and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on embedding Organizational Change Management (OCM) into transformation initiatives by partnering closely with Program Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment between change strategy and program delivery. Responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments, defining stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and driving adoption, reinforcement, and behavioral change initiatives. The consultant establishes change governance frameworks and success metrics, tracks benefits realization and adoption KPIs, and identifies risks and resistance points with structured mitigation strategies. The position supports Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation, aligning organizational structure, processes, and capabilities with new business models and transformation objectives. The role facilitates leadership workshops and executive alignment sessions, drives cultural transformation and performance management alignment, and develops executive communication materials and change narratives. Additionally, the consultant leads training and enablement programs, conducts stakeholder workshops and leadership briefings, and manages executive-level stakeholder engagement within complex enterprise transformation environments. The role requires 11+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, strong background in operating model design and business transformation, and experience working within PMO or large program environments.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 11+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Exhibit proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs including digital, operational, and business transformation initiatives
- Maintain strong background in operating model design and Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation
- Show experience working within PMO or large program environments embedding OCM into transformation initiatives
- Demonstrate expertise in executive-level stakeholder management, governance frameworks, and KPI tracking
- Exhibit strong facilitation capabilities including leadership workshops, executive briefings, and training enablement programs
