Job description
The Head of Business Development – Forex will join a leadership team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for executing growth strategies within the Forex and financial markets environment. The role requires a well-connected professional with an active network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, institutional clients, and retail clients, along with a ready-to-move team of business development managers, sales agents, or account managers. The candidate will onboard an existing book of business and oversee smooth client transitions while managing, motivating, and expanding the business development team. The position requires identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and working closely with executive leadership to align business development objectives with company growth strategies. The role involves managing revenue growth initiatives, expanding global market presence, and leveraging deep knowledge of Forex products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. The Head of Business Development will operate within a fast-growing, results-driven environment supported by operational and marketing resources, offering performance-based incentives, revenue sharing, and decision-making autonomy. The role requires strong understanding of Forex trading, financial markets, IB and affiliate network management, and leadership of sales teams in global trading environments.

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience in Forex or financial markets business development
- Maintain existing client portfolio with verifiable revenue and business in hand
- Bring ready-to-join team including sales professionals, IBs, or account managers
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Forex products, market dynamics, and trading environment
- Show experience managing institutional and retail clients within Forex markets
- Demonstrate leadership experience managing business development or sales teams
- Exhibit strong negotiation capabilities in financial markets partnerships
