Job description
The Business Development Executive role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a world class business development service with a specific focus on pitches and RFPs for Saudi Arabia. The position carries responsibility for the output and delivery of pitches and RFPs while utilising global standardised tools, techniques, and infrastructure. The role supports and project manages a portfolio of pitches, including strategic planning, pricing, preparation of documents, rehearsals, presentations, and post-tender review. Working closely with partners and business development management, the role maintains momentum in winning new business and supports the arrangement of client events. The Business Development Executive oversees marketing content for regional social media channels, specifically LinkedIn and the website, and analyses incoming pitch opportunities to act as a trusted advisor in proposing go or no go decisions to Partners. The role involves leading meetings, agreeing strategy and messaging, drafting and reviewing content from a marketing perspective, obtaining post-pitch feedback from clients, and facilitating internal pitch debriefs. The position also assists in developing first-class proposal best practices and delivery across practice areas and the regional team, with an expectation to bring innovation and new ideas to proposals and to continually develop best practice. The role operates within a market-leading legal services environment serving Saudi and international clients across capital markets, corporate and M&A, finance and banking, real estate, and litigation and dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities
- Provide support and project management for a portfolio of pitches including strategic planning, pricing, document preparation, rehearsals, presentations, and post-tender review

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business development principles and practices
- Apply expertise in pitch management, RFP management, and proposal development
- Produce high-quality written materials including persuasive proposals and presentations
- Utilise project management capabilities to manage multiple pitch priorities simultaneously
- Support and contribute to marketing content management across LinkedIn and website channels
- Build and maintain effective client-related processes through pitch feedback and debrief mechanisms
