Job description
Business Aspire clients at ADCB are served almost entirely through virtual and digital channels, and this Dubai position manages a portfolio of them from start to finish. Contact plans, account reviews and enquiries fill much of the week, with every interaction logged accurately in approved systems. Getting to know each client's business, financial position and service needs is what makes the relationship work. From there, structured needs analysis points you towards the right deposits, lending and transactional products, with product specialists brought in when needed. New prospects come through digital channels too, and you qualify them and support end-to-end onboarding. Credit applications, renewals and reviews are prepared here, working with credit, risk and compliance teams on risk appetite, AML and KYC. Portfolio activity is watched for early warning signs and changes in risk profile. Clients also need guidance on online banking, mobile apps and self-service options, which cuts down on manual servicing. At least 4 years of relationship management, ideally in business banking, is required, along with CFP, CFA or equivalent certification.
