Job description
Huda Beauty seeks a Project Manager within Creative Marketing Operations to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative assets across all brand touchpoints. The role owns planning, organization, and tracking of campaign and content asset requests, consolidating requirements from marketing and various markets, managing the traffic of upcoming requests, briefing relevant teams, and leading cross-functional project communication to align stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and priorities. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining a centralized asset tracker, issuing weekly status updates highlighting current states, urgent requests, and delays, coordinating with marketing, production, NPD, design, photo, and video teams on asset deadlines, proactively following up for missing information, working closely with post-production, retouchers, and editors to set and meet deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of assets by aligning teams on deadlines and holding them accountable. The position oversees a digital asset management system (e.g., Dropbox), ensuring assets are accessible, correctly tagged and categorized, collaborating with creative and production to ingest and archive new content, keeping the library up to date with the latest materials, and supporting project folder structure, version control, and archiving of completed campaigns. The role collaborates with Creative Production and Legal to ensure proper usage rights (models, music, photographers, talent), tracks and regularly updates the usage rights database, and informs global teams of expirations or limitations. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong organization, multitasking, and communication to act as connective tissue between strategy and execution, reporting into both Creative and Marketing.
