Job description
The Senior Engineer Civil Works Operations will oversee civil infrastructure maintenance, quality control, and structural assessments for both Mobile and Fixed Networks. The role involves supporting external authority projects, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, managing vendors and contracts, and leading a team of field technicians. Key duties include budgeting, project operations, risk assessments, performance metrics, and continuous quality improvement. The position is essential to aligning civil operations with company objectives and enhancing service delivery efficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Civil works preventative maintenance for Mobile and Fixed Networks
- Civil works corrective maintenance for Mobile Networks
- Civil Quality control and Quality Assurance for Mobile and Fixed Networks
- Invent new solution and ideas to serve our structures
- Structural design checks for new technologies installation
- Support and Maintain duâs Networks Sites due to external Authoritiesâ Infrastructure/Developments Projects
- Site HSE and hazard issues
- Participation Review and approval of any Agreement contracts related to Civil Passive Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance
- Review and approve all related Handover Acceptance to Passive Infrastructure including SNAGs closing
- Identifying essential & non-essential works activities and set Priorities
- Aligning activities and processes with companyâs objectives
- Establishing KPIsâ Performance Standards and Measurement
- Managing OPEX & CAPEX budget related to Civil Infrastructure Operations
- Supervising and managing a team of Field Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
- Promoting and enforcing safety protocols and regulations
- Conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of field operations activities
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Identifying training needs and developing training programs
- Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of services
- Managing Vendorâs contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluation
