Shipa Delivery operates an online platform that connects businesses and consumers with a network of delivery assets and services through mobile applications and online business dashboards. The platform supports parcel collection within one hour and provides multiple delivery options including on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border delivery services across the GCC. The company’s technology stack includes real-time parcel tracking using GPS and integrated solutions designed to streamline last-mile logistics operations and automate delivery management for business clients. The Junior Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related matters related to logistics and last-mile delivery solutions. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, expanding partnerships with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through improved delivery operations and logistics solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing customer performance metrics to support business growth, maintaining continuous engagement with clients, and proposing solutions aligned with their operational needs and delivery objectives. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions and ensure service delivery aligned with customer requirements. The Junior Account Manager serves as the communication link between key clients and internal teams, managing client expectations, resolving operational issues, and handling complaints efficiently. Additional responsibilities include preparing regular progress reports and forecasts using accurate account metrics, managing projects designed to support new client onboarding, and ensuring the successful implementation of delivery solutions within Shipa Delivery’s platform ecosystem. The position requires familiarity with CRM systems, proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and analysis, and experience in Customer Relationship Management within e-commerce or e-fulfillment environments. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to support client communication and account management across regional markets.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing solutions that support their last-mile delivery requirements using Shipa Delivery’s logistics and parcel delivery platform.
- Expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities and proposing delivery and logistics solutions that align with customer operational objectives and business growth goals.
- Analyze customer performance data and account metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve delivery operations, and drive revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and operational teams to design and deliver integrated logistics solutions that meet client requirements.
- Act as the primary communication link between major clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of delivery services and operational support.
- Resolve operational issues, manage complaints, and address client problems quickly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular progress reports, performance updates, and revenue forecasts using accurate account metrics and CRM system data.
- Introduce and manage projects designed to support onboarding and operational requirements of new clients within the Shipa Delivery logistics platform.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Possess at least 1+ years of experience in sales or account management preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or e-fulfillment industries.
- Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience using CRM systems and Customer Relationship Management processes.
- Use MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis related to account performance and delivery operations.
- Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English to support client engagement and account management activities.
- Manage one-to-one client relationships while handling negotiations and communication related to logistics services.
- Analyze operational and account data to support decision-making and customer growth initiatives.
