Airspace is becoming increasingly saturated, new regulations keep emerging, and UTM has surfaced as a new domain for integrating airspace users such as drones and UAS, and this Scrum Master role supports two stream aligned teams working through exactly those challenges on the Thales TopSky AstraUTM product line. Team success depends on host leadership, leading rituals, removing impediments, and protecting the team from external interruptions while orchestrating an agile culture internally. You will facilitate team events to keep them positive, productive, and within their time box, proactively mitigating and removing impediments and dependencies as they surface. The Product Owner gets coached in refining, articulating, and prioritizing the team backlog, with team organisation and contribution discussed openly along the way. Flow of value gets improved by visualising all work and optimising the processes that measure it. A culture of continuous learning and improvement takes root through teaching agile practices and encouraging team auto-organisation. Progress gets reported through relevant KPIs such as burndown and velocity charts, with Jira data kept current and the team represented in weekly planning and problem solving discussions. French fluency is required without mistakes or misunderstandings, alongside strong English to run workshops and meetings.
