The Community Marketing Lead role within Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing community-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and differentiation within the fitness and lifestyle sector. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, store teams, ambassadors, influencers, local athletes, and key community figures to embed the brand within relevant local ecosystems. The position plans and executes community initiatives, branded events, and photoshoots that drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality image and content assets for digital use. The role coordinates closely with store teams and ambassadors on product seeding activities to ensure proper brand representation and consistent visual standards. Acting as a brand guardian, the Community Marketing Lead manages inbound community requests, maintains an up-to-date calendar of all community activities by tier, and ensures that all initiatives align with brand guidelines and positioning. The role oversees community initiatives and store opening activities with full responsibility for budget compliance and adherence to established brand standards. In addition, the role monitors, reports, and evaluates the performance and impact of community and marketing initiatives, while actively supporting the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy through responsible and purpose-driven community engagement. The position requires a strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation, particularly within the fitness or lifestyle industry, and plays a critical role in strengthening long-term community connections and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, ambassadors, local athletes, influencers, and key community figures to strengthen brand presence.
- Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and photoshoots that drive engagement and differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Coordinate with store teams and ambassadors on product seeding activities to ensure proper brand representation and creation of high-quality digital image material.
- Act as a brand guardian by managing community requests and maintaining an updated calendar of all community activities by tier.
- Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of community and marketing initiatives to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
- Support and align community initiatives with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
- Engage and collaborate with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to strengthen brand presence and community connection.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related subject, with a Bachelor’s degree considered an asset.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management roles.
- Possess a background in the fitness industry, which is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation within the fitness or lifestyle sector.
